The Youth Affairs initiative of the International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce (INCOC)  is dedicated to empowering students and young professionals by providing industry-oriented skill development, practical training, career guidance, and professional exposure.

Recognizing the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, INCOC has launched a 6-Month Skill Development Training Programme in collaboration with leading Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), and Company Secretary (CS) firms, along with finance and business consulting organizations.

The programme enables students to gain practical experience by working on real assignments in accounting, taxation, costing, corporate compliance, audit support, and business operations under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
