Authorised Handling Representative (AHR)
What is AHR ?
AHR stands for Authorised Handling Representative. It’s a primary designation granted by International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce to accounting officers and handling all types of business requirement.
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
Registration Process
- Online Registration: Visit the official INCOC website or www.incoc.in/admission
- Complete the Form: Provide the necessary details, including personal information, educational background, and contact information.
- Upload Documents: Submit documents like proof of age, educational qualifications, and a passport-sized photograph.
- Pay the Registration Fee: The fee for the AHR course is approximately ₹21,000 (subject to change), which covers the study material and evaluation fees.

- Module 2: Compliance and Ethics
- Module 3: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Module 4: Green Energy and Green Finance
- Module 5: Business Commutation and Interview
Industrial Training
- 3 Months Training Required In Industry
Course Duration
- Length of the Course: 10 Months
- Learning Hours: 10-15 hours in a week
- Format : Face to Face Session, Live Session, Recorded Session, Test Series and Industrial Training
Examination Details
- Exam Months: February, April, June, August, November and December
- Exam Date: Second Sunday of Related Month
- Mode: Online
- Total Marks:150 (MCQ - 1 Mark Each)
- Duration: 3 hours
- Passing Criteria: Minimum 60%
- Negative Marking: No
- Exam Fee: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only)

Certification and Job Placement Support
- Certificate of Completion: Completion of 11 Month from date of admission, Completion of Industrial Training , Minimum 60% in Exam and No dues Certificate from financer(if any)
- Job Placement Support: Placement Support in MSME, Start-up and MNC
