CS Executive Course Overview
The Company Secretary (CS) Executive Course is the second level in the CS program conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This course builds on the foundational knowledge acquired in the CS Foundation and provides deeper insights into corporate laws, compliance, governance, and financial management. It is designed for students who wish to advance their careers as professional Company Secretaries.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can enroll in the CS Executive course under two categories:
Foundation Route: Students who have passed the CS Foundation Course.
Direct Entry Route: Graduates (except Fine Arts) and postgraduates can directly register for the CS Executive Course.
Registration Process
To register for the CS Executive Course, follow these steps:

Register online under the CS Executive Programme.
Fill in personal and educational details.
Upload necessary documents, including:
Graduation degree (if applicable)
CS Foundation passing certificate (if applicable)
Aadhaar card or ID proof
Passport-size photograph
Pay the registration fee through online payment modes.
Receive confirmation and access the study materials.
Course Fees: The fee structure for the CS Executive Course is as follows:
Registration Fee: ₹2,000
Education Fee: ₹7,500
Pre-Examination Test Fee: ₹1,000
Total Fee: ₹10,500
Registration Deadlines
The CS Executive exams are conducted twice a year, in June and December. The registration deadlines are:
For June Attempt: Register by 30th November of the previous year.
For December Attempt: Register by 31st May of the same year.
