About the Event

The Entrepreneur Awareness & Special Vendor Development Programme was successfully organized on 19th May 2026 at Aurangabad under the guidance of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, in association with the International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce.

The programme was organized with the objective of creating awareness among MSMEs, startups, SC/ST entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, and aspiring youth regarding government procurement opportunities, vendor development systems, financial assistance schemes, and digital business platforms.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and aspiring youth from Aurangabad and nearby districts, making it a successful platform for entrepreneurship promotion and business empowerment.

Objective & Initiative

The primary objective of the programme was to strengthen the MSME ecosystem by providing practical awareness about government schemes, procurement systems, vendor registration opportunities, and financial inclusion initiatives.

The programme aimed to encourage entrepreneurs to actively participate in government procurement systems and leverage digital platforms such as GeM and TReDS for business expansion. Special emphasis was placed on empowering SC/ST entrepreneurs, women-led enterprises, startups, and youth by connecting them with institutional support systems, financial opportunities, and market access platforms.
